Through the deployment of the latest technologies, we will work towards boosting the ratio of renewable energy sources, such as wind, natural waste, hydro and solar power to achieve a greener society. In order to build a more green, sustainable society and reduce CO2 emissions, we need to limit the use of increasingly depleting fossil fuels, and advance the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar, hydro and wind power.

Building Solar Farms
End-to-end Solutions for Solar Farms
Our company has experience preparing end-to-end solution for establishing solar farms. We work very closely with international EPC contractors, Government Ministries and Electricity Authorities to obtain the operating licence for each project.
In Zimbabwe, we have established a dedicated department that deals with connecting our customers' systems to the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) grid.
In establishing the systems, we perform all stages of the deployment process and retain the know-how and experience required for establishing and operating solar farms.

Service, Support and Maintenance
Control Center
We provide customer service, support and maintenance over the company's lifespan. As part of our support and service array, we operate a control center, which conducts ongoing monitoring of systems that we establish.
The monitoring and control center ensures that the systems meet optimal operation levels, provides a center for telephone informator and assistance for customers, analyzes system performance, locates problems, defects and flaws, and solves them remotely or by sending a technician to the site to handle the problem.

Solgas Energy (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean registered company that was incorporated under the Companies Act (24:3) in 2015. Its core business is providing full range services and solutions for establishing renewable energy systems, by harnessing the sun and other natural sources of energy.

Kingston Kamba
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kamba is an experienced Governance and Risk Management Specialist having worked at senior management level for various United Kingdom based organisations. His experience includes working with various government departments, regulatory authorities in the UK and developing public and corporate policies in his areas of expertise. He is a proven leader and strategic thinker. Mr Kamba has a great interest in environmental and climate issues and is an advocate for sustainable economic growth.
He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Integrated Governance from the University of Westminster in London (United Kingdom).
Petros Kazungu
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Kazungu has extensive experience in the Power Sector. He is in charge of Project Development including interfacing with ZESA, Technical Partners, Suppliers and Engineering Consultants. Previously, he served as the Technical Project Finance Executive at Plum Solar (Pvt) Ltd, responsible for project scope definition, screening and conducting feasibility studies to determine financial viability of new energy ventures. He was the Project Administrator for Solahart's ZETDC Prepayment Metering Project.
He holds a Bachelors of Accounting Degree and a Master of Business Administration degree both from Africa University.
Tafadzwa Mundicha
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Mundicha is an effective and diligent executive. He is responsible for the financial management of Solgas’ daily operations. His unwavering attention to detail is vital in the management of all back office functions.
Prior to founding Solgas PVT Ltd, Mr Mundicha served as Finance Manager for Coalbrick Mine, then moved to Jiwe Holdings where he was the Finance Director for more than a year. He then served as Project Finance Manager for e-Vend Solutions, a subsidiary of Solahart Zimbabwe..
He holds a BSc Honours in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooke University and is an Articled Accountant having been trained by STC International Certified Chartered Accountants.
